Sweet December Daily!

Hi there! If you are into December Daily albums then you will love this one! This chunky mini is not only full of pockets and flips and lots of interactive pages, but it's decorated and embellished with some of the cutest Christmas designs I have ever had the opportunity to work with!

I created the base from chipboard and used the fabulous 'Candy Coated Christmas' digital collection by Traci Reed Designs for all of the papers, stickers and embellishments! With these bright candy colors and adorable designs you can't go wrong!

Small Packages!

Hi there! I love receiving small gifts! I do think that great gifts come in small packages and I love it even more when they are adorably decorated!

This trio of small packages was created with the Traci Reed digital collection "Candy Coated Christmas" along with my Silhouette Cameo. I simply cut out the package design from the printed paper and then embellished each small gift with tags, stickers and paper curls! Super cute and easy!

Candy Coated Christmas!

Hi there! If you follow my Instagram, then you know I had a little sneak of this adorable Christmas album and as promised, here it is!  This gorgeous tri-fold mini album was made with the new @tracimreed ‘Candy Coated Christmas’ digital collection and the papers, cards and stickers are all so festive and fabulous- a must have collection! 

I created the base out of chipboard and covered it first in card stock and then with some of the beautiful holiday patterned designs. There is a pocket inside the front cover to hold goodies as well as a large pocket on the next page that holds a large photo card. I added in lots of fabulous details too with all of the amazing and cute stickers that are part of this collection!

On the last two sections of the mini album, I created simple photo flips- one horizontal and one vertical. They are both secured with magnets and embellished with super cute Santa faces! Plus, this is a great way to show off all of the awesome digital designs in this collection! Check it out at tracireed.com and get it for yourself!

Let Love Rule!

Hi everyone! I have a super cute post for the new year and there is even a tutorial! Valentine's Day is right around the corner and now is a great time to get a mini album ready to fill with  photos and mementos of that special person. This envelope mini may look small but it opens up to reveal lots of space for all of your treasures!

I used the We R' Memory Keepers envelope punch board create this large envelope that when closed measures about 6.5" x 9.5". It opens up to be even bigger and has some pockets and flip pages and tons of cute details!

On the large area in the center, there is a pocket that holds a tag and a tiny vellum envelope that holds some of the tiny ephemera of the collection! Both sides of the envelope flip open to reveal even more photo space and there is a hidden pocket on the bottom flap!

The envelope folds up nicely and is closed with tiny magnets that are concealed with gorgeous embellishments. This mini album would make a wonderful gift for a loved one or a beautiful keepsake for yourself! There is a tutorial on my YouTube channel so you can make one of these for yourself! All My Heart Mini!

Hi everyone! It is never too early to start craft projects. You never know what is going to come up and besides, all the beautiful paper is out just waiting to be made into something even more awesome!

Now that all of your Christmas decorations are up and your presents are wrapped (Ha!) you need something to do with your time. This mini album, made with the gorgeous My Valentine paper collection from Simple Stories, can go right on your to-do list!

This sweet album is 6 inches square and the base is chipboard, two covers and a spine, that were covered in some pearly faux leather along with some of the charming patterned paper. I took one of the layered frames of the collection and made it into a shaker filled with flowers, gems and pearls for the highlight of the cover. I then added in some Bits & Pieces, stickers and chipboard for even more pretty dimension!

There are five sections inside the album and they are all attached to the spine with coordinating twine.   All of the sections unfold to reveal more space for photos or mementos and there is a large double pocket section in the center. Each page has been beautifully decorated with the stickers, chipboard pieces, frames and Bits & Pieces of the collection that add even more charm to the gorgeous papers! Here are a few of the pages.

I'm sure you have your hands full with all of the things we do during the holidays but make sure you take time out to checkout this amazing collection from Simple Stories. Hello Winter!

Hi everyone! Cold weather and snow may be here again (ugh!) but that means staying inside and crafting with beautiful paper collections like the Simple Stories Winter Farmhouse. It's full of rich colors and great patterns in wonderful wintry images.

To show off this gorgeous collection, I made an adorable mini album that also adds charming Winter decor to your home! This tri-fold mini measures 6x6 square and folds out to three sections on each side. It will hold a total of five large photos of your favorite snowy memories! Here is a photo of the album opened up to the inside.

The other side has the cover and two additional sections for photos. Each page has been decked out in a mixture of the gorgeous patterned paper and embellished with the darling winter themed stickers, chipboard and sentiments!

Once you have viewed all of the photos in this super cute album, just fold it back up and display it with your other winter decor. It is created with a fold at the bottom so it stands perfectly and looks awesome!

Country Christmas December Daily!

Even though I'm not a kid anymore, there is still a lot of anticipation and excitement in the days leading up to Christmas and one of my favorite ways to document that is with a December Daily! You can include a simple photo or memento along with a bit of journaling for each day through Christmas or even for the whole month and by making your December Daily mini in size makes it easier to log a memory for each day .

The new Simple Stories Country Christmas collection is full of gorgeously detailed vintage and woodland images that would make any project beautiful. Besides all of the stunning papers in traditionally classic Christmas colors, there are a ton of beautiful embellishments, including lots of numbers, that make creating a page for every day in December a breeze!

For my December Daily, I made a double sided card for every day and added numbers of varying shapes and sizes to each.  I knew all of these cards would be sitting in a decorative box and to give them more visual interest, I made each set of five a bit taller than the previous and used dies to cut fancy borders on the tops. Once all of the cards were done, I made a matching box from chipboard and more of the patterned papers!

Then each card was decked out and decorated with this fabulous collection. There are plenty of pockets, frames, tags and flip outs to hold all the special memories! These are the fronts of all the cards....
