Time To Shine!

Hi everyone I have a card to share for the first PTI Make It Monday of 2015! The technique for this week is to put the focal point of the card in a corner. This is a great way to create a CAS card with lots of white space!

I kept the card even more simple by using just two colors- silver and purple. Such an elegant combo! The focal point is a large sunburst in the lower left corner which was stamped first and then embossed with iridescent embossing powder for lots of shine! I added in a soft background of tiny dots and a sweet sentiment. For extra sparkle, I added a few silver sequins and tiny  lavender gems.

The inside is CAS as well with a silver sunburst in an upper corner and a simple birthday wish. A bit of shine here too with more sequins and sparkly gems and lots of room to write a sweet message!
