More Wedding!

Hi everyone!  This should be the end of the wedding card posts for a bit.  We're done with weddings for the summer and don't have another one until late Fall.  These last two, though, are some of my favorites and I love the colors!

The first card is simple yet beautiful in it's simplicity.  I chose the classic colors of  black, cream and pink- very fitting for a summer wedding.  I embossed cream and black card stock using a swirly Cuttlebug folder and then pieced together sections of each.  I covered the connection with some Stampin Up! striped ribbon topped of with a soft pink strand.  The sweet little church is from the Papertrey Ink  'Love and Marriage' stamp set and I simply glittered the gables and colored in the tiny heart on the door.  A few scattered gems completed the front of the card.

A peek at the inside with another simple yet perfect sentiment and a gorgeous border.....

This more contemporary wedding card in red and black is stunning thanks again to the 'Love and Marriage' stamp set.  It's easy to create beautiful things with stamps like these!  I repeatedly stamped the heart and then embossed them in glossy black for the background and scattered around tiny red pearls.  The cream strip is also stamped a few times with the famous couple names in vivid red and layered with the beautiful wedding couple silhouette die cuts from the Papertrey Ink 'Man and Wife' dies.  I kept with the color scheme and gave her a cream gown and him red bow tie, vest and handkerchief.

A close-up of the beautiful couple. I love her red and white bouquet!

The inside of the card with the same heart image in red and a sweet sentiment.

Thanks for checking out my blog!  Bee Happy!!
