Playing With Paint!

Hi everyone! I don't necessarily like painting walls or rooms in my house but I love to play with paints when I can create a work of art! I especially like it when I can create with paint and not even get messy! Case in point, this lovely little card made with paint stamps!

Of course I love color so I made my own rainbow using these brushstrokes by My Favorite Things and lots of bright colored ink! Once I had all of the large strokes stamped, I went back in and added a few details of spots and splatters!

To make it even more interesting, I cut my card stock, split it and then added a strip of red glitter paper. I kept the sentiment nice and bold in black ink to really stand out against all of the color!

The inside features more rainbow colors just on a smaller scale! I stamped one brushstroke and added in smaller details of the other colors! Such a fun card to create!

I am adding this to the Card Design Superstar contest going on right now at My Favorite Things! Great contest with fabulous prizes!

Thanks for checking out my blog! Bee Happy!!
