Beautiful Ornaments!

Hi everyone! Have you decorated your tree? I haven't quite got there yet so I'm spending my time putting fancy ornaments on cards! Color Throwdown has a new color challenge and I was inspired by not only the colors but the image as well! Wish I could snap my fingers and a tree like that would appear in my home!

I started by creating colored ornaments from the Simon Says Stamp Corbel Ornament Die knowing that I would be placing them against a navy background. After die-cutting, I used Press-N-Seal to hold all of the pieces together before adhering them- so much less time consuming than putting all the pieces back together! The sentiment is embossed in white and the final touches were some gold gems and white sequins!

Midway through finishing my first card, I realized I could use the negative die-cut and create a second card that would be just as pretty! I simply fussy cut around the outline and then put all of these gorgeous ornaments on another navy background! Keeping with the white, I embossed another sentiment but added accents of silver for a bit of shine!

Thanks for checking out my blog! Bee Happy!!

Supplies Used:
The Paper Studio Blue Glimmer Card Stock
Fiscal three none corner punch
Glad Press-N-Seal
