Chalk It Up Challenge!

Hi everyone!  The October challenge over at the My Mind's Eye blog is to Chalk It Up using their new line, Chalk Studio.  There is not a MME paper set that I don't love and Chalk Studio is one of my most favorites ever, so naturally I had to join in on this challenge.  It's no secret that I love to create mini scrapbooks and when I first laid eyes on this paper I couldn't wait to do some sweet journaling in white ink! Voila, an adorable chalk mini!

I recently got a Fujifilm Instax camera which takes the cutest mini polaroid style pictures. I plan on filling this new mini with these tiny pictures of all the things I love most dearly- my family and my dogs. So I created a small, tag size mini scrapbook with lots of pages to fill with pictures and lots to write on in white ink!

Here are all of the front sides of the tags.....

Here are all of the back sides of the tags......

And here they are assembled together into a magical mini!

Now of course since this is a post of a mini scrapbook I could not let you get away with seeing just 5 pictures... so here are close ups of some of my favorite pages.
I love the layering on this page and MME made it so easy with their decorative tags and gorgeous papers.  I simply added a decorative brad and some MME twine!

A mini banner for a mini scrapbook!  What could be sweeter? Two more of the MME Chalk Studio decorative brads adorn this page.

I fussy cut the frame from one of the 6x6 pages and stacked it on more pretty paper with another brad and some enamel dots.

I added a couple of tags in to have extra journaling space and this one is my favorite of the bunch.  I just love the huge decorative brad on top of an MME Chalk Studio tag.  I added a small fishtail banner and a few gems.

Thanks for checking out my blog! (and all of the pictures)  Bee Happy!!
Make sure you check out the My Mind's Eye Blog October Challenge too!
